This is why we are qualified to help you Buy or Sell your home!
From Chicago to Phoenix!
Congratulations to Eddie and Rita of Chicago on the purchase of your new home in Surprise!
Warm and Sunny Phoenix welcomes you and your new life here! 🙂 We’ve really enjoyed getting to know you both and your beautiful Family, and deeply appreciate how much trust you bestowed in us. A special thanks to Stormy Randolph Home Smart for being a wonderful Seller’s Agent to work with!

When making a purchase as big as buying a home, we know how important trust and communication is, especially when being an out of state buyer. After numerous calls, emails and Docusign, we were able to reach the end goal! 🙂
There are a lot of factors to consider when moving from out of State, and most people start their research online. Eddie decided to make the move a couple years back and started with a lot of research online about the Metro Phoenix. In February, he found our Trulia Profile, read our reviews and decided to check out our website. We’ve been working hand-in hand to reach his goals ever since.
We both are very honored that you allowed our team the privilege of representing you through this transaction. It was a blessing to have met you! May your new home be filled with joy, laughter and love, Â as we wish you only the best on future endeavors. No more harsh winters here! #blessedrealtors #amazingclients
From New Jersey to Arizona!
A Special Congratulations to James and Sarah of New Jersey on the purchase of their new home in Arizona! Thank you for trusting Camile and I in handling  the purchase of your home, via video call, chat, text and email. We are looking forward to finally meeting you both in the near future! 🙂 A special shout out to Vinny Panessa of US Preferred Realty for being an absolute blessing of a seller’s agent. Communication is so important in every transaction, and the best agents don’t battle each other but work together to reach everyone’s goal.
Home Maintenance Checklist
Maintenance performed regularly and on schedule provides optimum longevity and helps prevent potential breakdowns or malfunctions. Beyond maintenance procedures for operational sake, the primary (and most important) reason for checking, inspecting, and constantly tuning up your home is to ensure maximum safety for you and your family.
Make these tasks part of your monthly home maintenance schedule:
-
Check water-purification and water-softener filters.
-
Test the water-heater pressure and temperature-relief valve for proper operation.
-
Clean and freshen your drains.
-
Degrease and freshen your disposal.
-
Clean and replace furnace and air-conditioner filters.
-
Check the steam system safety valve and steam gauge.
-
Check the water level of your steam system.
-
Clean the filter on the interior of wall-mounted heat pumps.
-
Check air intakes for insect blockages and debris.
-
Clean the range-hood filter.
-
Clean your appliances.
-
Remove and clean range burners.
-
Wash and rinse the dryer lint screen.
-
Clean and brighten tile and grout.
-
Deep-clean all types of flooring.
-
Test fire-extinguisher pressure gauges.
-
Test smoke-detector sensors and alarms.
-
Test carbon-monoxide detectors.
The Importance of Annual Tasks
Your yearly home maintenance checklist should not be forgotten. They do not strictly refresh your home, but they also reduce future issues and, in the end, save you money. For future home maintenance tips, subscribe to this website.
